How to assemble
1. Screw the fire button onto battery tube
2. Put battery into battery tube
3. Screw the thread ring onto atomizer base
4. Screw atomizer with battery tube and make sure the atomizer base is screwed tightly. (Note: do not change this sequence.)
DIY instructions
The atomizer of el grande can handle single, double or quad coil simultaneously.
1. First, cut a piece of heating wire (0.4mm) in a length of 120mm long. Next, roll the heating wire around the screw driver for about 7 - 8 circles. The screw driver is 3mm in diameter. Bend both ends of this wire and cut out excess wire.
Note: Please use the resistance detector to check this coil and insure the resistance is at least 0.3ohm.
2. Loosen the screws on the atomizer base and install the ready-made coil into the corresponding posts (there are totally 4 posts: two in the middle and positive pole, two on both sides are negative pole) on the base. Use screws to secure the heating coil.
3. Use a tweezers to press a certain length of cotton through the coil and cut out the excess cotton.
4. Scatter the cotton and drip a few drops of e-liquids on it to make sure it is moist.
5. Finally, assemble the atomizer base, base tube, atomizer cover, airflow cover and mouthpiece together. Then, it's ready to use.
Airflow adjustment
There are two places for you to adjust the ariflow: three air-holes on atomizer cover and two air-inlet holes in airflow cover.
Rotate the atomizer cover clockwise or the airflow cover clockwise/counterclockwise, the more the hole is covered, the less the airflow is.
No lithium battery comes with.
